In 2021, Dartboard Maths began as a visionary dream conceived by Devon Petersen, driven by the belief that the rapid mental arithmetic of darts could transform how students engage with numbers. Since then, that ambitious vision has been methodically built into an innovative, interactive learning tool. Through continuous development and dedicated refinement, what started as an inspiring concept has officially become a vibrant reality, bridging the gap between gamified sport and foundational mathematical confidence.
Today, the remarkable impact of this five-year journey is demonstrated by the sheer volume of growth across classrooms and learning spaces. With over 3,000 learners actively engaged, more than 60,000 answered assessments, and over 200 schools and educators introduced to the system, Dartboard Maths has proven its ability to sharpen calculation speed and foster a genuine love for learning. This milestone marks just the beginning of a movement that continues to empower students, proving that mastering mathematics can be as thrilling as hitting a bullseye.
